Summit County CSEA Director Jennifer Tultz has been with the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office since October 1997. She began her career as a child support specialist with our office. She has served as a Supervisor, Compliance Analyst, Finance Director, and became the CSEA Director in November 2008. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Kent State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Akron. She served as a member of the Executive Board of the Ohio CSEA Directors’ Association from 2009 to 2014, serving as President in 2013. She has been the Treasurer of the association since November 2019. She is also a member of the National Child Support Enforcement Association.
