Crystal Baker

Director, Victim Services

Crystal Baker holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Criminal Justice and a Master's degree in Justice Studies. She is a Registered Advocate with Senior Standing (RASS). Crystal has worked in the field of victim advocacy for over 17 years, formerly as Director of Services at Battered Women’s Shelter of Summit and Medina Counties. She is the Chair of the Ohio Victim Witness Association Public Policy Committee and served with a group of professionals dedicated to the development of the Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center’s Crime Victims’ Rights Toolkit. Crystal is also a member of a state-wide group that drafted language implementation legislation for Marsy’s Law, a constitutional amendment that was passed in Ohio in November 2017 to ensure victims’ rights are protected and upheld.
